Phecc EFR
This course is accredited by the Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (the statutory agency with responsibility for standards, education & training in pre hospital emergency care in Ireland) and is positioned at level three on their framework of qualifications.
This course is suitable for those who need a more advanced level of first aid skills and knowledge. It is designed for those working or aspiring to work as a non transporting Emergency First Responder (EFR) pre-hospital.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age, have completed a CFR course within the previous 12 months and have a valid in date Occupational First Aid certificate before applying.

Maximum of 8 participants per instructor. Each student will be provided with a training manual, comprehensive course notes, a face shield and a pocket face mask.
5 Full Days - 40 Hours in total. Dates & times can be arranged to suit participant requirements.
Following successful completion of the course and examinations, participants will be awarded a Pre Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) Emergency First Responder Certificate. This certificate is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
Note: To maintain certification, EFRs must keep current in CFR level.
